Through your generosity, since 2020 MAFRAC has distributed more than $1 million in local food microgrants in a community grantmaking process. MAFRAC hosts a weekly stakeholder call that brings together farmers, nonprofits, front-line emergency feedingorganizations and philanthropists to share resources and forge deep connections to create a vibrant, healthy foodshed.

MAFRAC mobilizes farmers, schools, food hubs, food banks, commercial kitchens, rideshare services, food service workers and more to form a supply chain that brings nutrient-dense, locally sourced food to those in need while simultaneously keeping those people, farms and business meaningfully employed and financially sound.

This donation to MAFRAC is tax deductible, and will help our work to support local farmers and local food producers within the regional food system provide local food to vulnerable communities.
